Eastbound...
I am sitting in the SeaTac airport which is bittersweet as I realise that this is most likely "my" airport for the next season of my life. No longer am I less than a twenty minute trek from my bedroom door to my gate in MCO airport, Orlando. I no longer have the luxury of finding a ride to the airport an hour before I need to leave for the 3 mile drive down the road. I will miss the instant humidity as I walk out of the over-air conditioned airport in to the stifling heat and blinding sun that I love so much. Instead I have traded it in for drizzly rain...what a contrast! All that to say here I am on the West Coast still traveling, setting out on the first of my many trips that are scheduled for the next 5 months, so truthfully I can't complain! I may have just opened up a whole new world of traveling!Back to the main issue at hand, I am East Coast bound!!! I am embarking on the beginning of a trip that I have been much anticipating and can't believe is actually here. Traveling is one of my greatest passions and I am excited to be on route to visit my family in Canada for Christmas. In typical multi-tasking fashion I couldn't just have one stop when I travel across the country. My first stop is BOSTON!! I have been wanting to return to Boston for many years and the time is NOW people. I am beyond excited to visit an incredibly historic city, see all the Christmas festivities that the East Coast is so predictable for and have some quality time with some great friends. In honour of this trip I will leave you with this song enjoy...
